At IMGM, we are aware that highly pure RNA of optimal quality is the key element for your successful RNA-based project.

We offer a reliable RNA isolation service from various starting materials, including tissues, cells, blood and blood fractions. To ensure perfect lysis and RNA release, efficient homogenization methods are applied where necessary. We make use of proven reagents from major suppliers (e.g. Qiagen, Ambion), and select the protocol best-suited for your desired downstream application.
In the context of microRNA studies, we apply appropriate methods to isolate total RNA including small RNAs, or use dedicated protocols to enrich small RNA species.

As a final step, we routinely check the integrity of the extracted RNA on our Agilent Bioanalyzer. More information on our RNA quality control service can be found here.
