Agilent's proven SurePrint technology, the use of 60mer oligonucleotide probes and the latest 2µm scanning resolution provide an ideal basis for the generation of superior microarray data.


Besides whole genome arrays for human, mouse and rat, Agilent offers a large inventory of species specific catalogue arrays (e.g. dog, rhesus monkey, yeast, rice, A. thaliana).


Additionally, Agilent provides the opportunity to compose your own custom array designs on several different formats (1x244K, 2x105K, 4x44K, 8x15K).

Annotation of the represented genes and transcripts is based on publicly available data from different databases (e.g. RefSeq, Unigene, RIKEN).

Therefore, all microarrays are characterized by excellent genome coverage, linking out to all essential genomic and proteomic databases.
